Title: Geological and Geophysical Surveys 
Abstract: This rule would provide for Bureau of Ocean Energy (BOE) authorization of geological and geophysical surveys relating to Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) renewable energy projects. A rule is needed to ensure that such activities are conducted under government supervision in an environmentally responsible manner.
