Title: ●Reorganization of Title 30, Code of Federal Regulations 
Abstract: The Office of Minerals Revenue Management (MRM) will change its name to the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) and transition to the Office of Policy, Management and Budget (PMB) effecitve October 1, 2010. This change requires reorganization of title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This direct final rule will establish a new chapter XII in 30 CFR, remove certain regulations from chapter II, and recodify them in the new chapter XII.
