Title: ●Noncompetitive Renewable Energy Leasing 
Abstract: The rule would eliminate the requirement for a second request for interest (RFI) to be published when BOEMRE initiates a renewable energy leasing process with a RFI or a Call for Information and Nominations and responses indicate no competitive interest. A revised rule is needed to ensure an efficient and consistent approach to noncompetitive leasing.
