| Abstract: This rule would adjust the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPS) limits of liability for offshore facilities for changes in the Consumer Price Index. It would establish the method of calculation and minimum threshold necessary for updating future regulations. This rule is required by OPA and the Delaware River Protection Act of 2006. | |
