Title: Timing Requirements for Submission of Plans Site Assessment Plans or General Activities Plan for a Renewable Energy Project on the OCS 
Abstract:

This rule will provide a preliminary term of 12 months to submit a Site Assessment Plan or General Activities Plan for renewable energy leases and grants on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). This gives additional time for applicants to submit plans. It strikes a balance between promoting activity on renewable energy leases and the needs of renewable energy developers.
