Title: Competitive Award of OCS Renewable Energy Leases and Grants 
Abstract:

BOEM is proposing to revise its renewable energy competitive lease and grant award procedures.  The proposed rule would: (1) outline how BOEM will offer bidding credits; (2) prevent bidders from sharing their auction strategies and economic valuations of lease areas with each other and; (3) describe how BOEM will competitively offer OCS wind energy areas for leasing.
