Title: Federal Civil Penalties Adjustments 
Abstract:

Agencies are required to publish interim final rules that update for inflation the applicable civil monetary penalites covered by the Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended.  A civil monetary penalty assessment levied for a violation of a Federal civil statute or regulation, assessed or enforceable through a civil action in Federal court or in an administrative proceeding.
