Abstract:

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) identified opportunities for clarifying its renewable energy regulations. BOEM is proposing reforms to facilitate offshore renewable energy development in a manner that is safe, environmentally sound, and provides fair return to U.S. taxpayers.
