Abstract:

The Department of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), is amended its regulations related to service fees. This final rule adjusted for inflation the service fees due to BOEM for processing documents related to oil and gas activities on the Outer Continental Shelf.
