Title: Outer Continental Shelf Hardrock Minerals Regulations: Leasing, Prospecting, and Operations 
Abstract:

This notice of proposed rulemaking will propose updates to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) leasing, prospecting, and operational regulations for solid minerals. BOEM is the steward of minerals on the United States Outer Continental Shelf and these updates will modernize BOEM’s minerals regulations.
