Abstract:
Consistent with Executive Order (E.O.)14154,Unleashing American Energy, E.O.14192,Unleashing Prosperity Tthrough Deregulation, and E.O 14270,Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting to Unleash American Energy,and consistent with agency policy,BOEMis proposing to revise or repeal certain regulations to improve the alignment of BOEM’s regulations with the requirements of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act(OCSLA), and to eliminate unnecessary reviews, comment periods, and notices. These regulations are codified at 30 CFR Parts 550, and 556. |
