Abstract:
This final rule revises the offshore renewable energy regulations pertaining to reasonable uses on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). Consistent with M-Opinion 37086, BOEM has reevaluated the regulations at 30 CFR 585.102 and is revising it to match verbatim the statutory language of 8(p)(4) in the OCS Lands Act. |
