Title: Civil Penalties 
Abstract:

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is adjusting civil penalty amounts for inflation to comply with the Federal Civil Penalty Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 (Inflation Adjustment Act). The rule also would codify new civil penalty authority for solid mineral and geothermal leases, and publish ONRR's civil penalty assessment table.
