Title: Civil Monetary Penalty Rates Inflation Adjustments for Calendar Year 2026 
Abstract:

This final rule adjusts the civil monetary penalty rates for inflation and announces the rates applicable to Calendar Year 2026 as required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
