Title: ●Revisions to the 2023 Blowout Preventer Systems and Well Control Rule 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would revise the "Oil and Gas and Sulfur Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf-Blowout Preventer Systems and Well Control Revisions."  BSEE is undertaking this regulatory action in accordance with EO 14154 and SO 3418. Both orders specifically call for the suspension, revision, or rescission of the 2023 rule.
