Abstract:
This rule will remove regulations for OCS exploration, development, and production of sulphur (30 CFR part 250, subpart P). These regulations are infrequently used and inconsistent with requirements for similar activities. This action complies with Executive Order 14192 "Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation." |
