Title: Migratory Bird Special Purpose Canada Goose Permit 
Abstract: The Service proposes, in cooperation with State wildlife agencies, to establish a Canada goose wildlife damage management program. This program is designed to provide a more cost-effective and efficient method for the control of locally breeding (resident) Canada geese that pose a threat to health and human safety and are responsible for damage to personal and public property.
