Title: Importation of Captive-Bred Exotic Birds Into the United States From Breeding Facilities in Other Countries 
Abstract: On March 17, 1994, we published a proposed rule that included certain provisions of the Wild Bird Conservation Act (WBCA). This planned reproposal would allow import of captive-bred birds from facilities in other countries for species that are otherwise prohibited from import under the WBCA.
