Title: Migratory Bird Hunting and Permits; Regulations for Managing Harvest of Light Goose Populations 
Abstract: This rule authorizes new methods of take for light goose hunting under 50 CFR part 20 and revises subpart E of 50 CFR part 21 for the management of overabundant light goose populations. It also modifies the conservation order that will increase take of such populations under the authority of this subpart.
