Title: Adding Bighead Carp to the List of Injurious Wildlife  
Abstract: We will review biological and economic information on bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis) for possible addition to the list of injurious wildlife under the Lacey Act. An injurious wildlife listing would prohibit importation into, or transportation between, States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any territory or possession of the United States by any means whatsoever, except by permit for zoological, educational, medical, or scientific purposes.
