Abstract: We are revising the format and organization of the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants in accordance with the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These revisions and technical amendments are editorial in nature and involve no substantive changes to the Lists, or to any applicable regulations.
