Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract: We are proposing to remove the Valley elderberry longhorn beetle from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife, due to recovery. This decision is based on the completed 5-year review for the species. Current knowledge of the life history, status, and threats to the beetle indicates that the beetle no longer meets the definition of threatened.
