Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to remove the valley elderberry longhorn beetle (Desmocerus californicus dimorphus), an insect found in California, from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. This action is based on a review of the best available scientific and commercial data.
