Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for 23 Species on the Island of Oahu 
Abstract: We will make a determination regarding listing 23 Hawaiian species on the island of Oahu under the Endangered Species Act and designating critical habitat for these species. Twenty plant species and three Hawaiian danselflies, which collectively occur in 6 ecosystem types on the island of Oahu, will be considered.
