Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Adding Penguin Species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract: We are conducting a status review of 6 species of penguin to determine if listing is warranted on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. This action is in response to a petition received from the public. The 6 species included in this are fiordland crested penguin (Eudyptes pachyrhynchus), erect-crested penguin (Eudyptes sclateri), white-flippered penguin (Eudyptula albosignata (E. minor albosignata)), yellow-eyed penguin (Megadyptes antipodes), African penguin (Spheniscus demersus), and Humboldt (Spheniscus humboldti). We are reviewing other penguin species in 1018-AV73.
