Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Adding Seven Brazilian Bird Species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract: We are making a determination on whether to list seven Brazilian bird species under the Endangered Species Act: Brazilian merganser (Mergus octosetaceus), southeastern rufous-vented ground-cuckoo (Neomorphus geoffroyi dulcis), Margaretta’s hermit (Phaethornis malaris margarettae), black-hooded antwren (Formicivora erythronotos), fringe-backed fire-eye (Pyriglena atra), Kaempfer’s tody-tyrant (Hemitriccus kaempferi), and cherry-throated tanager (Nemosia rourei).
