Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Adding the Salmon-Crested Cockatoo (Cacatua Moluccensis) to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract: We are making a final determination on whether to add the salmon-crested cockatoo (Cacatua moluccensis) to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. The salmon-crested cockatoo is endemic to the islands of Ambon, Haruku, Seram, Saparua, and South Maluku, Indonesia. Concurrent with the final listing determination, we are also publishing a final rule under section 4(d) of the Act. Under the 4(d) rule, all prohibitions and provisions of 50 CFR 17.31 and 17.32 apply to the salmon-crested cockatoo, except that import and export of certain salmon-crested cockatoos and interstate commerce are allowed without a permit under the Act.
