Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Adding and Updating Marine Taxa on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract: We are amending our List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife to reflect recent listing determinations made by the National Marine Fisheries Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA Fisheries). We are adding the Puget Sound distinct population segment (DPS) of steelhead to the list as threatened, and reclassifying the Upper Columbia River DPS of steelhead from endangered to threatened. These amendments are based on previously published determinations by NOAA Fisheries, which has jurisdiction over these species.
