Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Tennessee Purple Coneflower From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract: We will make a final determination on our proposal to remove the Tennessee purple coneflower (Echinacea tennesseensis) from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife, due to recovery. The Tennessee purple coneflower is a native plant endemic to central Tennessee.
