| Abstract: The Service proposes to make a 12-month finding on a petition to delist the Hualapai Mexican vole (Microtus mexicanus hualpaiensis), combined with a proposed rule to remove the vole from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. The Hualapai Mexican vole is a small rodent that occurs in Arizona and is currently listed as endangered. The Service made a substantial 90-day finding on a petition to delist the vole on May 15, 2008 (73 FR 28094). | |
