Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Five Penguin Species (Erect-Crested, Fiordland Crested, Humboldt, White-Flippered, and Yellow-Eyed Penguins) 
Abstract: In response to a petition to list 12 penguin species, we are making a determination on listing five foreign penguin species as threatened under the Endangered Species Act: Erect-crested penguin (Eudyptes sclateri), Fiordland crested penguin (Eudyptes pachyrhynchus), Humboldt penguin (Spheniscus humboldti), white-flippered penguin (Eudyptula albosignata), and yellow-eyed penguin (Megadyptes antipodes). (In related RIN 1018-AV73, we will evaluate four other penguin species, and in 1018-AV60 we will evaluate one penguin species.)
