Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designation of Critical Habitat for Roswell Springsnail, Koster's Springsnail, Noel's Amphipod, and Pecos Assiminea  
Abstract: We will publish a final critical habitat designation for four southwestern invertebrates: Roswell springsnail, Koster's springsnail, Noel's Amphipod, and Pecos Assiminea. In August 2005, we published a final rule designating critical habitat for four southwestern invertebrates. In December 2007, Wild Earth Guardians filed a complaint challenging the merits of our critical habitat designation. Since our February 12, 2002, proposed designation, we have received no new information indicating that the species' ranges, habitat requirements, or threats have changed. Thus, we believe our February 2002 proposal is the appropriate starting point for designating critical habitat for these species.
