Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designation of Critical Habitat for Roswell Springsnail, Koster's Springsnail, Noel's Amphipod, and Pecos Assiminea
Abstract: We will publish a final critical habitat designation for four southwestern invertebrates: Roswell springsnail, Koster's springsnail, Noel's amphipod, and Pecos assiminea. We have revised our February 2002 proposal to include those areas occupied by the four invertebrates on Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge, and we have also included an additional area within the Refuge which contains a recently discovered population of Noel's amphipod.
