Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Carex Lutea (Golden Sedge) 
Abstract: In a final rule (67 FR 3120) we published in the Federal Register on January 23, 2002, we determined that Carex lutea (golden sedge) was endangered under the Endangered Species Act. In that rule we found that the designation of critical habitat was prudent but deferred due to budgetary constraints. Per a pending settlement agreement, we will designate critical habitat by February 28, 2011.
