Title: Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Taxonomic Updates From the United States and Foreign Countries 
Abstract:

We plan to update the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants in accordance with the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These taxonomic amendments are editorial in nature and involve no substantive changes to the Lists, nor to any applicable regulations. These changes concern regulatory text from all regions of the United States, as well as some foreign countries.
