Title: Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revisions and Corrections From Three Service Regions 
Abstract:

We will make technical amendments to the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants, in accordance with the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These are not substantive changes to the Lists, nor to any applicable regulations. These revisions will affect regulatory text for species chiefly in States in the Pacific Southwest, and also in States in the Pacific Northwest and northeastern regions of the United States. We will also change the abbreviation of subspecies from "ssp." to "subsp.".
