Abstract: We will make a determination regarding listing under the ESA for the flat-tailed horned lizard (Phrynosoma mcallii), a species endemic to the northern Sonoran Desert in southern California, southwestern Arizona, and adjoining portions of northwestern Sonora and Baja California Norte, Mexico.
