Title: Use of Firearms on National Wildlife Refuges 
Abstract:

We propose to amend regulations pertaining to possession, transportation, and use of firearms in national wildlife refuges. We will update these regulations to reflect recent congressional action that prohibits the Secretary of the Interior from promulgating or enforcing regulations that prohibit individuals from possessing an assembled or functioning firearm in any unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System if possession of the firearm is in compliance with the laws of the State in which the refuge unit is located.
