Abstract: We are updating the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants by making taxonomic revisions to the scientific names of three plants via a direct final rule: These revisions reflect the most recent scientifically accepted taxonomy for Missouri Bladderpod, Leedy's roseroot, and Michigan monkey flower. These taxonomic revisions are editorial in nature and involve no substantive changes to the List, nor to any applicable regulations.
