Title: Migratory Bird Permits; Falconry Permitting Authority: Updating List of States and Technical Corrections 
Abstract: In 2008, we delegated falconry permitting to States in compliance with our 2008 Federal regulations at 50 CFR 21.29. In those States, people no longer need a Federal falconry permit, only a State permit. With this final action, we updated the list of compliant States, corrected and clarified several small errors in the regulations, and moved one section to make the regulations more consistent.
