Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Amendment to the Experimental Population and Special Rule for Northern Rocky Mountain Distinct Population Segment of Gray Wolf 
Abstract: Under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act, we are proposing a special rule to allow for take of gray wolves as part of ungulate management. We will also make minor revisions to the existing section ESA 10(j) rules for nonessential experimental populations in the Northern Rockies.
