Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for Northern Mexican Garter Snake and Narrowheaded Garter Snake 
Abstract: FWS listed as threatened two Arizona garter snakes--northern Mexican garter snake and narrowheaded garter snake--pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These highly aquatic garter snakes occur in riparian areas in portions of Arizona, New Mexico, and northern Mexico. Proposed critical habitat is under RIN 1018-AZ35.
