Title: Service Manual; Donations, Fundraising and Solicitation Policy Chapter 
Abstract: This policy would be an extension of the Department's donations policy. It establishes the Service policy for accepting, using, and recognizing donations; establishes procedures for reviewing and evaluating potential donors and donations; provides guidance on soliciting donations, where appropriate; and gives general guidance on fundraising by nonfederal agencies on our behalf.
