Abstract:
This action: (1) Transfers the 1998 10(j) Rule that authorized the establishment of the nonessential experimental population of the Mexican wolf from the gray wolf to the Mexican wolf we are listing in a separate rulemaking and (2) amends the 1998 10(j) Rule. |
