Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Western U.S. Distinct Population Segment of the Yellow-Billed Cuckoo 
Abstract:

We will make a determination regarding listing the Western U.S. distinct population segment (DPS) of the yellow-billed cuckoo (Coccyzus americanus) pursuant to the ESA. This DPS occurs in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, and is a current candidate for listing under the ESA. Critical habitat is under RIN 1018-AZ44.
