Title: Migratory Bird Hunting; Wanton Waste of Migratory Game Birds 
Abstract: This rule would revise the regulations regarding the wanton waste of migratory game birds to provide further clarification to the public. These regulations require that anyone who kills or cripples a migratory game bird must make reasonable effort to retrieve the bird and dispose of it properly.
