Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination For the Northern Wormwood 
Abstract:

We made a not-warranted listing determination for the northern wormwood under the Endangered Species Act. This species is found in basalt, compacted cobble, and sand on the banks of the Columbia River in two known populations in Washington State, one in Grant County, and one in Klickitat County. A critical habitat determination was to be addressed as a separate action (RIN 1018-BA17).
