Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determinations for Three U.S. Caribbean Plants (Varronia Rupicola, Gonocalyx Concolor, Agave Eggersiana) 
Abstract: FWS will make determinations regarding listing three species of Caribbean plants: Varronia rupicola, Gonocalyx concolor, and Agave eggersiana, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. Varronia rupicola occurs in Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands, Gonocalyx concolor occurs in Puerto Rico, and Agave eggersiana occurs in the U.S. Virgin Islands. All three plant species are current candidates for listing under the ESA. Critical habitat is under RIN 1018-AZ79.
