Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determinations for Carter's Small-Flowered Flax and Florida Brickell-Bush  
Abstract: FWS will make listing determinations for two Florida pine rockland plants, Carter's small-flowered flax (Linum carteri var. carteri) and Florida brickell-bush (Brickellia mosieri), pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA). These two plants occur in Florida and are current candidates for listing under the ESA. Proposed critical habitat is being considered under RIN 1018-AZ64.
