Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing the Gunnison Sage-Grouse as Endangered or Threatened
Abstract: FWS will make a listing determination for the Gunnison sage-grouse (Centrocercus minimus) under the ESA. This bird species is currently on the candidate list. It is found in shrub-steppe habitat in Utah and Colorado. FWS invokes a 6-month extension on the listing determination for this species due to scientific disagreement. Critical habitat is under RIN 1018-AX71.
